FAQs
All of our products are created by hand by our artisans, according to very strict quality criteria, and mastering Jaco expertise requires many years. We work primarily with leather, a natural material and a resource limited by Jaco’ strict selection criteria. For all of these reasons, several months are required to create an Jaco leather good.
Pre-order items are upcoming or temporarily unavailable pieces that can be reserved before they are ready to ship. They usually require 2–4 weeks of preparation before dispatch. A sold-out item, on the other hand, is currently unavailable and cannot be purchased unless it is restocked or made again. Not all sold-out items return, especially if they were part of a limited edition.
Items may be removed from the website if they are permanently discontinued, undergoing redesign, or temporarily unavailable due to material shortages. If you’re looking for a specific piece, feel free to contact us to inquire about its availability.
If your Jaco Atelier piece needs repair, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide an estimated timeline andWe recommend keeping your item away from prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture, and heat. Store it in its dust bag when not in use. Use a soft cloth to clean the surface, and apply leather conditioner sparingly to preserve its suppleness.
