Bespoke production typically requires 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.
Additional time may be needed for rare leathers, specialty colors, or custom features.
You will receive a timeline estimate once your request has been reviewed.
Features such as initials, monograms, custom sizing, and special requests are crafted individually for each order.
Once production begins, no modifications can be made to personalization details.
Stamp placement, color, and stitching method must be confirmed before production.
For complex projects, our atelier may provide sketches, measurements, or material confirmations for your approval.

Because bespoke items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold:
All bespoke orders are final.
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are possible once work has begun.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours so we may assist you.
Bespoke orders may require a full upfront payment or a deposit, depending on the project.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
