Returns & Exchanges
1. Standard Items Purchased via jacoatelier.com
Your order will be accepted for a refund or exchange if returned in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation, within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. Returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item of equal value. Please contact Customer Service so we may register your request and provide return instructions by email.
To initiate a return, log in to your account and select “Request Return” under the “My Account” page.
You will then be able to:

It is your responsibility to obtain and retain proof of postage and delivery from the chosen carrier. All return costs, including shipping, insurance, and any related fees, are borne by the customer.
JACO ATELIER is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, misdirected, or delivered late.
2. Bespoke & Personalized Orders (Non-Returnable)
All bespoke, made-to-order, custom-sized, or personalized creations, including items featuring initials, monograms, or custom specifications, are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Each bespoke piece is crafted uniquely and individually for the client, following the design, materials, and personalization details confirmed during the approval process. For this reason, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. Refund Processing Time
We aim to process returns within fourteen (14) days from the date the item is received at our facilities.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been completed.
